Yoga: will help you tone and stretch tired aching muscles whilst calming your mind and spirit. Tai Chi: will help you to cope with a hectic world. Tai Chi helps you to relax through breath and movement. Meditation: will calm and relax your whole body and help distance yourself from stressful situations. Head Massage: can be practised on yourself or a partner. An easy, yet wonderfully effective routine to relax and de-stress.
