Legend And Myth book this morning I came across a section that was so important that I printed it out and posted it on my bulletin

Champions turn it off when they leave the gym. They are also not worriers and have a positive outlook.”
Basically he’s telling us that in order to become a “Champion” of muscle building, we had better chill out!
