On November 27, 2018, the U.S. Department of Education published its proposed new Title IX Regulations that were developed in response to complaints that the existing regulation did not adequately protect the rights of those accused of sexual harassment or sexual violence. The comment period for the proposed Regulations closed on February 15, 2019. Join Lawrence J. Altman as he discusses what you can expect from the new Title IX Regulations.
