Signature to Baptiste workshops, this journey requires your full commitment and mind-body focus. The class is for anyone. You can have a new practice and hope to move deeper into yoga or the methodology, or you can be a seasoned professional looking for inspiration, your own intention, or personal retreat. All that we ask is that you set a clear intention and stay the course. We will support you through these four special weeks and set you and your new yoga-self free.
EACH WEEK YOU WILL PARTICIPATE IN BARON-LED WORKSHOPS. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PRACTICE THE SELF-STUDY THROUGHOUT THE COURSE.
