Benefits of Training Services grow with regular and consistent training. Therefore, we offer Training Packages that facilitate weekly training.
- Single Session (1-hour): $65
- 1x/week Training (4 one-hour sessions): $232/month
- 2x/week Training (8 one-hour sessions): $425/month
- 3x/week Training (12 one-hour sessions): $600/month
Packages can be used in half-hour increments upon request. See your Trainer.
Semi-Private Training is available by single sessions.
- Two-People: $80
- Three-People: $105
- Four-People: $120
