Drawing from and integrating the latest neurobiology and energy psychology research findings and case studies, we present an array of brief tools and skill sets to guide therapists in the incorporation of energy psychology techniques into their existing practice and therapist toolboxes. This workshop will include demonstration and skill practice.
Educational Objectives:
- Identify one brief energetic technique to initiate dramatic change in one session.
- Demonstrate the strategic use of energy and trance work in accessing the client and therapist’s intuitive process to facilitate change.

Cheryl Bell-Gadsby, M., RCC, is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and educator in the US and Canada. Cheryl is the Clinical Director of Salt Spring Island Community Services. She has expertise in complex trauma, mind/body and energetic therapies, hypnotherapy with adults, children and adolescents.
