I don’t know where to begin ! I certainly didn’t expect to get as much value as I did. I have a cramp in my hand from taking so many notes!

I especially loved the stuff on:

– How to create your autoresponder emails
– Consumption emails, very valuable and so relevant in the online environment.
– How to create curiosity in your subject line, so simple yet so effective.

Too much to list it all here but you definitely overdelivered and I think I’ll be very busy over the weekend!!

“Over deliver” is an understatement!.

This training was excellent, and I love Todd’s enthusiasm and commitment to help. “Over deliver” is an understatement! I do regular emailing to several thousand customers, and effectiveness is good but has lots of room for improvement. I cannot wait to put some of tonight’s ideas to work to better serve our project management training clients!

I got big insights on the way to truly connect with my customers. Being customer centric through emails… very powerful information and detailed enough to actually implement – a rarity these days.

No hype just meat, potatoes and details, details, like 2.5 hours of details. How to do it was thoroughly explained. It’s the how that’s so often left out these days, but not here…
