Each week you will study one goddess and learn to create a daily, home practice. Every day,
Sianna will teach you one of the following skills to deepen your practice and learn to take your yoga practice off the mat to live a more empowered life.
Goddess Profile – Learn the mythic stories of who Durga, Lakshmi, Sarasvati and Kali
Mantra – Learn how to use sound vibration to bring you into a reflective and meditative state.
Mudra – Learn a sacred hand placement to create an “energy seal” to invite you to the essence of the goddess
Pranayama – Learn a breathing technique to help clear tension and soothe a busy mind or stressed body
Asana Sequence – Learn a 7-10 pose flow sequence
Apply the coursework to modern life
Once you learn the 5 skills, Sianna will lead you through one final module to make this course meaningful in your everyday life.
Journal questions & community service – Sianna will offer one journal question for self-inquiry and ask you to commit to one community-building activity
