Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), has been at the forefront of a new breed of “energy psychologies” over the last decade.

By learning to tap on specific points on your body, whilst tuning into certain emotions, you can learn to be emotionally free from things that may have been holding you back for years. This course is designed as an easy follow introduction for those new to EFT, but will also serve as a helpful refresher for those familiar.

Sue Beer and Emma Roberts

Sue is trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and is also an experienced Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner.

She now brings her training, and her previous experience in a successful business career, to her role as an EFT Master. Sue has worked extensively with addictions, recovery and personal transformation, and is the author of the book Healing the Addicted Heart.

She also presented EFT Clinic, the leading EFT iPhone Application. Sue is co-founder of The EFT Centre, EFT Founding Masters, and EFT Master Trainers, as well as being one of the originators and pioneers of Integrated Energy Techniques (IET).

Emma is an EFT master, Hypnotherapist and NLF Master Practitioner.

Although Emma works with all problem states, she specialises in the areas of fertility, cancer, trauma and sexual abuse. She is the author of the book Even Though I Have Cancer, a self-help guide to all forms of chronic illness. Emma is co-founder of The EFT Centre, EFT Founding Masters, and EFT Master Trainers, as well as being one of the originators and pioneers of Integrated Energy Techniques (IET).
