IQ and thinking:

Memory:

Lacking beta brainwave activity will therefore make things harder to retrieve things from memory.

Positive thinking:
beta brainwaves can often cause people to feel more positive and display a high energy level. They get more things done and feel effective which brings about positive results.
Many people don’t know how to feel like this unless they drink coffee.
Drinking much coffee for many years can lead to adrenal fatigue. Coffee increases the adrenaline levels in the body which wakes us up but we can actually damage the adrenaline production ability by doing this long term the result will quite bad.
