In this six-week Master Class, you will explore the elements that are crucial to planning a smart asana sequence. Building a solid sequence is like telling a good story: Natasha will teach you how to combine poses in a way that follows a narrative arc—with specific chapters contributing to the whole—that will set up your students for a successful peak pose. You’ll also learn how to spend time with each of the muscle groups that needs to be strengthened, lengthened, and educated.
