Background:
I bought several DVD programs from MBE Education (www.mbeeducation.com.au) a few years ago, bundled together for around $2000
They have updated some of the DVD’s since then, so this program you are downloading here may not be the most current version they are still selling on their website.
However the material here is still good learning if it applies to you.
If you are buying or selling a business you will learn something for sure.
If you are a business consultant or corporate advisor, you should grab these too.
The legal templates are from Australia, but I guess they can be repurposed easily enough, especially other Commonwealth countries.

Who is Domenic Carosa?
Domenic Carosa, is a widely respected veteran of entrepreneurship and investment in Australia.
In 10 years, he has completed over 50 acquisitions and exits.
At age 25, he listed his first company, Destra Limited, on the Australian Stock Exchange.
At the time, he was the youngest CEO of a public-listed company in Australia. The company grew to revenues over $100m per annum in 2008 and included Lachlan Murdoch (son of Rupert) and Paul Ramsay as shareholders.
Today, he is the founder and CEO of investment group Dominet and venture capital group the Future Capital Development Fund, investing specifically in internet ‘upstarts’.
