This seminar covers more advanced applications of trapping hands. Simple traps are single traps performed aggressively and successfully. When your attack does not get in for some reason, another trap may be applied in order to completely shut the opponent down and hit them. This is what is referred to as compound trapping. In this video you will learn about compound trapping, and how effective it is for completely shutting down an opponent!
