Description
The Indiana Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.
It is the policy of the IOA that any physician dissatisfied with the CME program will be issued a refund upon request, and no CME credits will be reported to the AOA. Complaints on Evaluation Forms also are taken into consideration when planning future CME programs and may lead to changes in the format or content.

Dr. Kuchera has served on faculties for three osteopathic medical schools, most recently as a professor at the Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MUCOM) in Indianapolis, IN. He has earned an international reputation lecturing in Europe, Japan, and Australia; is a founding member of AOA’s Bureau on International Osteopathic Medical Education & Affairs; and represents USA in the Fédération internationale de Médecine Manuelle (FIMM) serving as FIMM’s Secretary General. After seven years in a general practice, Dr. Kuchera earned his FAAO and has since garnered many other state, national and lifetime career achievement awards including the Missouri Osteopathic Medallion of Honor, AOA Council on Research’s Gutensohn-Denslow Award; AOF Research Mentor of the Year; Fellowship in the AACOM National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators; and the AAO’s AT Still Medallion of Honor. In addition to editing and chapter contributions for Foundations for Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Kuchera coauthored Osteopathic Considerations in Systemic Dysfunction and three other textbooks with his father.
