Privacy concerns are at the foremost of consumers’ and legislators’ minds as we begin a new decade. Between the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), enhanced enforcement of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and full implementation of Nevada’s data broker regulation, businesses are struggling to navigate a complex web of state, federal, and global privacy regulations suddenly touching every aspect of their operations. In this CLE, Josh Stevens, CIPP/US, will discuss key aspects of complying with the CCPA, GDPR, and other new privacy regulations.
