Sifu Darrell Jordan and Sifu Scott Haynes present the first WVTAA seminar for 2008. Level 1 material – including all of Siu Nim Tao, Pak Da, Lop Da and Quan Sao – is discussed and practiced at length.
According to Sifu Jordan, conditioning is considered a very important aspect of training in the martial arts. Join the class at the end of the seminar for an intense experience of some of Sifu Jordan’s favorite conditioning drills.
