Lesson 1: Envision a New Future
In the first lesson, Debbie helps you discover the deep and authentic longings of your soul and allow a new and compelling vision for your future to emerge. Using guided visualizations designed to tap into your innate and timeless wisdom, she takes you step by step through the process of connecting with and envisioning the empowered, fulfilling, and contributive life you were born to live.

Lesson 2: Discover the Shadow that is Stopping You
With a new and inspiring vision in place, you’ll dive into the depths of your inner world to identify a Shadow that has frustrated your success in the past and would hinder you from fulfilling the possibilities of your new future. Through conversation and internal exercise, Debbie guides you to shine a light into the darkness of your Shadow world and illuminate the thoughts and beliefs that are most in need of your attention.

Lesson 3: What Keeps You from Your Authentic Self?
In this session, you’ll explore the secret life that keeps you from your authentic self. Debbie reveals the true cost of holding secrets and guides you in a compassionate and empowering way to identify your “secret life.” Once it’s disclosed, you’ll come up with actions that will support you to make adjustments and release the shame that has caused you to keep this part of your life secret. In doing so, you’ll exchange the limitation of your secret life for the freedom of an authentic life. With authenticity, you’ll gain access to the courage and power that will propel you toward the fulfillment of your new vision.

Lesson 4: Own Your Power
It’s time to take back a projection that is draining your personal power. Having exchanged your secret life for one of greater authenticity, you’ll discover how projection is a mechanism of the ego, and learn simple tools for recognizing when you’re projecting a disowned part of yourself onto another. Debbie guides you to identify a disowned part of yourself that has been holding you back. With the support of your internal wisdom, you’ll come to understand what you need to do to reclaim that disowned aspect and use it in the future to help you achieve your greatest goals and desires.

Lesson 5: Let Go of Stress
Learn to let go of the stress that is hiding your most vibrant self. In this lesson, Debbie focuses the light of awareness onto the twin issues of suppressed emotion and built up stress, which rob us of the ability to have and create what we want. With the aid of your intuitive guidance, you’ll find the primary “stress zone” of your body and begin to gently and lovingly release the toxic emotions that reside there. In addition, you’ll learn tools for reducing the build-up of stress and devise a simple action or practice for continuing to release the stress in a healthy way as you move toward the realization of your vision for the future.

Lesson 6: Finding the Gold in the Dark
Having gained access to more of your own power, authenticity, and creativity, now is the time to extract a valuable lesson from a challenging or painful experience from your past. In this lesson, Debbie guides you to recall a difficult or wounding incident of your life and carefully supports you to discover the gift and wisdom that has been waiting for you within it. Through extracting the life lesson, you’ll be empowered to heal the emotional scars and use the wisdom to contribute to the fulfillment of your highest vision.

Lesson 7: Step Into Your Greatness
Step into your greatness and reclaim the holiest and most powerful aspects of yourself. Through the work of this session, you’ll rediscover two light, positive qualities that you’ll need in order to realize your vision for the future. Debbie teaches you how to identify these qualities through your light projections onto others, then to see what actions are necessary to take in order to reclaim and develop them within yourself. As you reclaim your light, you’ll automatically begin to feel more confident, capable, and worthy of achieving your dreams.

Lesson 8: The Miracle of Forgiveness
When you forgive yourself, others, and the world at large, unexpected miracles show up in your life. In this lesson, you’ll open yourself to the gift of forgiveness and recognize the astounding possibilities of a life free of guilt, shame, resentment, and regret! With compassion and deep understanding, Debbie guides you to go into and release the burden of blame, anger, or remorse from a past incident in your life. With awareness and self-love, you’ll have the opportunity to bring forgiveness to yourself or another. In doing so you’ll gain the freedom to move toward the fulfillment of your vision with a light heart, clear conscience, and unburdened soul!
