WVTAA – 1995 Ving Tsun Workshop with Sifu Paulo Lampis – Darrell Jordan
Sifu Paolo Lampis conducted a Ving Tsun workshop for the students of his older kung fu brother, Sifu Darrell Jordan in 1995. The workshop covers many topics including sticking leg, sticking hands, basic drills, stretching and various conditioning exercises.
Sifu Lampis left Italy in the 80’s to learn Ving Tsun under Master Lee Moy Shan in NYC. He was accepted as one of the last Disciples of Master Lee Moy Shan and was given his Kung Fu name; Lee Gar Hung. Sifu Lampis went back home to Italy and began teaching Ving Tsun and currently owns and operates 3 Ving Tsun schools in Italy and 1 in Switzerland. Sifu Lampis is also a recognized Shiatsu expert in massage therapy.
