This DVDs set contains the student’s first 6 months of training and is structured exactly how it is taught in class. Sifu Darrell Jordan has been teaching Ving Tsun Kung Fu for more than 30 years. In that time he has developed a clear understanding of how to teach Ving Tsun.
In DVD 1 the first form is broken down into three parts and each specific movement is explained thoroughly. Multiple angles and split screens are used to give a full perspective of the Siu Nim Tao form.
In DVD 2 all of the drills associated with the first level are explained and analyzed with multiple angles so that the student more readily absorbs the Ving Tsun system.
