Muk Yan Jong form is taught in 10 sections. Sifu Darrell demonstrates both from the side and from a bird’s eye view.
Sifu Darrell Jordan has been teaching Ving Tsun Kung Fu for nearly 30 years and has over 40 years of martial arts experience. In this first DVD of the fourth level, Sifu Jordan demonstrated the Muk Yan Jong (wooden man post) in a manner that is conducive to learning the Jong Form. Sifu Darrell also explains aspects of the Jong and furthermore demonstrates preparatory drills. This DVD will become a fundamental asset in achieving proficiency and enjoyment in Ving Tsun Kung Fu.
