Movement medicine instructor and wellness trainer Kirti Srivastava will warm us up with a special practice this week, easing us into our exploration of emotions as catalysts for creativity.
Being in touch with our emotions, as well as our creative juices, is a key step for healing.
When you gain full access to the energy that fuels both your emotions and your creativity, you open yourself to powerful healing possibilities.
