”This is my own favorite way to train! It combines the best elements of training for maximum muscle growth and building limit strength. In order to achieve this, three distinct types of training are blended in together: 1) optimal hypertrophy training for natural individuals 2) strength-skill work to build maximum strength and 3) maximum effort method to learn to display strength in an all-out effort. As a result, you will build a significant amount of muscle mass and will achieve as much 15% strength gains on the big lifts (some might get even more). Not to mention aesthetics: you will look thicker and more solid, even at rest. A very enjoyable and effective way to train!”
