Embodied Learning Focus on the Hips & Low Back Audio Set – Elizabeth Beringer

This intermediate audio program is designed for those wanting to focus on the functioning of their hips and low back. The four disk series progresses through eight half-hour lessons emphasizing how healthy movement of the back and hips complement each other. The lessons begin simply and increase in complexity through the series.
