How to Create the Perfect Body

Do you like your body?

Are you happy with the way it looks?

Are you content with the way it functions?

If so, it’s best to turn your attention to the foundation principle that puts you totally in control of your body and the way if functions.

And that foundation principle is this:

Your body is a creation of your thinking.

That’s right.

Your body is the way it is because you have thought-ideas in your mind about it being that way.

Granted, the thought / idea may not be conscious – in which case you are completely unaware of it.

But the principle remains true.

Your body is a creation of your thinking.

That should be a very liberating principle for you to know.

Because it puts you in the drivers seat as far as your body is concerned.

You don’t have to rely on having the best doctors, the best nutritionists or the best medical breakthroughs.

All you have to do is change your thinking in order to change your body for the better.

Just do this:

1) Become aware of any thought-ideas that run contrary to perfect health (that means making the unconscious conscious). Start by acknowledging your worries and concerns, and even look for resentments towards anything about your body.

And…

2) Erase those thought-ideas that run contrary to perfect health (that’s where the Power of Quiet really comes in).

And by quieting those thought-ideas that run contrary to health — the physical manifestation of your body will become perfect.

It’s really that simple!

You can change your body from illness and problems to perfect health …just by erasing the unconscious thought-ideas that run contrary to perfect health.
