Module 1: Building the Necessary Infrastructure
Here you’ll get my best insights on what kind of structure your team needs for the best results. It’s a new world of smart phones, streaming video and social media. If you’re still trying to build with DVDs, email, and conference calls – you’re about to be left for dead.
We’ll talk mobile apps, live streaming, Google hangouts, replicated websites, and other digital resources. In this segment, we’ll cover what duplication is, why it’s required, how you ensure the best duplication, and how strict you should be with your system. (Including my exact formula for creating true duplication.)
