Tantra in everyday practice
Like many Sanskrit words, Tantra has multiple meanings, but it is often translated as “the wisdom that saves.” Despite its reputation as an esoteric practice, its teachings were originally intended for everyday people who, centuries ago, contended with relatable challenges. Tantra is relevant now because it was—and remains—a path in which every experience of life is a potential doorway to liberation. Tantric practice gives both worldly success and spiritual liberation, and shows you how ecstasy can be found even in the midst of confusion and discomfort. In this course, you’ll explore this philosophy and experience practices to transform every thought, breath, and physical sensation into a portal into the infinite.
